Iqbal Dhaliwal, global executive director of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), spoke about China's low-carbon transformation strategy at the 2024 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, saying, "It is a good model for maintaining a balanced quality of life, and there is much we can learn from China in this respect."
