Family support, a critical pillar for women workers

A study conducted in rural Bihar, India, by the Centre for Catalysing Change (C3) found family support for work and domestic labour among elected women representatives (EWR) critical to enhancing EWR impact, building on prior research into EWR effectiveness by Nobel Laureate, Esther Duflo.
